Meet Andrea

Andrea (AWN-DRAY-UH) Fortenberry is a writer, speaker and Bible teacher who provides encouragement and hope to women based upon Biblical truths.

She writes and speaks on marriage, motherhood, friendship and faith. Being a wife and mother of two gives her lots of material and teaches her oh so many things.

Her recent work includes publication in Chicken Soup for the Soul: The Power of Gratitude.

In addition to her roles as wife, mom and communicator, she enjoys serving with women’s ministry at her church in various capacities

Andrea is a graduate of She Speaks, a program for writers and speakers through Proverbs 31 Ministries. She also has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Pepperdine University.

Andrea enjoys wandering around bookstores and meeting friends for coffee, although not much of a coffee drinker herself. (She prefers a good chai latte instead.) She loves traveling, has had her passport since age two, and has been to nearly 20 countries.
