Hi! I’m Andrea (AWN-DRAY-UH) Fortenberry. I’m a writer, speaker and Bible teacher who helps women find freedom from perfectionism and show up for the life God has for them. I love to help women seek and see God in their perfectly imperfect life.
I host The Perfectionist’s Guide to Mothering podcast, and write and speak on marriage, motherhood, friendship and faith. Some of my recent work includes publication in Chicken Soup for the Soul: The Magic of Moms.
I have been married to Will for 18 years and we have two children, ages 14 and 11. Being a wife and mom gives me lots of material and teaches me oh so many things! Our family lives in the suburbs of Phoenix, AZ.
I enjoy wandering around bookstores and meeting friends for coffee, where I don’t order coffee, but a chai latte. I love traveling, I’ve had my passport since age two and I’ve been to nearly 20 countries.
In 2020, I joined the staff of MOPS International as an Executive Leadership Coach, where I have the privilege of encouraging and supporting MOPS coordinators across the country. I am a previous Community Manager of Called Creatives, a community for writers and speakers, created by Alli Worthington and Lisa Whittle.
